My name is Mike Priestley and I have three products in my portfolio:

  • I am a coach working on to one with executives in business who need help to fulfill their potential and the potential of their role.
  • I am a trainer training people particularly in demanding sales roles. I train managers to get higher performance from their teams and I train managers and executives how to coach their people to greater success.
  • I am a sales and marketing consultant giving advice and building comprehensive sales and marketing plans to top executives in order to yield greater sales revenue results,


I coach individual people, I coach other coaches and I coach businesses through their executive teams when they need to work on their strategic planning and direction. I coach in the boardroom, I coach in my office, I coach in person, face to face, and I coach on the phone and I coach on Skype. In this way I can help clients all over the world no matter where they are.


I train people in the principles and basic skills of coaching. I train company directors, I train business leaders and I train managers. The people who receive my training become better at their job, because they have the skills to help their team members and employees to achieve their outcome goals. They also have the skills to align the goals of their employees and team members to those of the organisation that they work for in order to achieve greater harmony in the workplace and increase employee satisfaction.

I am an expert in people devlopment having held the post of director of people development for one of the largest bluechip organisations in the world. I held the post for over 10 years and learned more than I can express on this site about what makes a successful work force.

Sales consultancy

I am an expert in the field of sales and marketing and I was a sales person, a sales manager and, climbing the pyramid of success, a sales director before I took charge of human resource development. I graduated from a major UK university with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialising in strategic marketing and strategic planning.

I initially studied as a coach with techniques that are recognised by the International Coaching Federation. In addition to that I studied advanced coaching and development techniques including Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Clean Language and Clean Space techniques and there are a wealth of tools that I have developed to help my clients to achieve their outcome goals. I am also part of a coaching network that can provide expertise wherever a need is found.
